Everything is included in the Starter Kit. Each kit includes 24 nails in 12 standard sizes (2 of each) for one full manicure in your selected sizes, a small file and nail dehydrator priming wipe to prep your natural nails, our dual-edge designer metal cuticle tool, special iPolish® Hyper Glue and iPolish® Quick Dry Clear Top Coat for perfect application, USB-C cable, and the Magic Wand that receives your selected colors from your phone's iPolish® app and transmits them onto your nails like sci-fi turned reality.
When you're finished with your first set of iPolish® Digital Press On Acrylic Nails, you can order refill nails in a variety of shapes and lengths to continue the fun! Everything from your Starter Kit can be used with the refill nails, too -- the Magic Wand, Hyper Glue, Topcoat, etc.

iPolish® Digital Press On Acrylic Nails are not currently designed to be re-usable. However, if the nail comes off early due to an accident and the display is undamaged, you can reattach it with the Hyper Glue if so desired. If the nail is damaged but the rest of your manicure is still going strong, you can purchase one of our refill nail 2-packs in the size you need.
iPolish® nails have a manufacturer's warranty for 7 days of continuous use. However, they have been tested for 14 days of continuous use, and should last until you are ready for your next set of nails (i.e. every 2 weeks) due to normal nail growth.

iPolish® nails contain NO batteries. The battery inside the iPolish® Magic Wand connects to your iPolish® nails when you insert them to provide the power they need to change to the next color.
The display inside the acrylic digital press on nail requires only a small charge from the Magic Wand in order to change the color of the nail, which does not affect the wearer at all (i.e. you won't feel anything, and it never touches your skin). The nail display is designed to hold that color until the next time it is inserted into the Magic Wand to change it.
The Magic Wand connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth™, just like your favorite headphones. No other signals.

iPolish® nails have been rigorously tested for normal use in real life, as well as via quality assurance at the factory. iPolish® warrantees its products against manufacturing defects, and our scientists are continuously working to improve our designs and make them the best they can be.
Please do NOT cut, file or penetrate the iPolish nails in any way, as this will cause the display to stop working.

Yes, there is no reason you cannot attach ornaments, polish details, gems, or decals to the TOP of the nail, as long as they are away from the tip where the nail is inserted into the Magic Wand.
Please note that for the nail to enter the iPolish® Magic Wand, you do need to have a clear surface near the nail tips.
Do not add anything on the bottom/underside of the nail or cut/file/penetrate the nail in any way, as that will prevent the contacts from working with the Magic Wand.

The iPolish® nails are already polished to a shine. A top coat is entirely optional and only if you want a higher gloss. The iPolish® Quick Dry Clear Top Coat provided in the Starter Kit provides a high quality sheen gloss, while the Metallic Effect Quick Dry Top Coat (sold separetely) gives your nails a shimmer finish.
The QR activation code sticker on your nail mini tray gives you 30-day access to the iPolish app to choose and change your colors as much as you like while using the nails. Please activate when you're ready to apply them! As most press on nails are ready to be removed after 2-3 weeks due to normal nail growth, it should give you plenty of time to wear and enjoy your iPolish Digital Press On Nails.
Want the scientific explanation? The reason we do this is a practical one: the QR codes allow us to integrate the correct color waveforms for different batches of nails. Just like buying paints or fabrics, different batches of the tiny color displays inside the nails can have slightly different tints. We want your colors to be perfect! The QR code allows us to align the app with the perfect instructions for the nails you are currently using so your colors change correctly.

Some tips and tricks if your Magic Wand is working, but your nail doesn't seem to be:
1) Make sure your nail is centered between the two guidelines over the Magic Wand's nail insertion point. Especially with smaller nails, they must be as centered as possible to reach the 2 contact points inside.
2) Always insert the tip of your nail GENTLY into the Magic Wand. However, sometimes you may need to press a little further for the nail to reach the contact points that change the display. You should never have to use a lot of force or feel any discomfort.
3) Still having trouble? With your nail inserted into the Magic Wand, lower your finger so your nail is at a slight upward angle into the Wand. This can help certain nail sizes and shapes reach the 2 contact points inside the Wand a bit more securely.

First, you CAN use the Magic Wand while it's charging -- no wait needed. A full charge takes a few hours, and can last more than 24-48 hours depending on how often you change your colors. If you want to throw it in your bag or pocket for the day, we recommend charging it nightly while using the nails.
After you sync colors to your Magic Wand from your iPolish® phone app, the app will display the current battery percentage remaining on the Magic Wand. Please note that it may display "100%" while it is plugged in; for an accurate battery reading, check the number while the wand is NOT charging.
