IPOLISH RETURN POLICY

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from iPolish, Inc. (“iPolish”).  If, however, you are not one hundred percent satisfied with any iPolish product purchased from our online store or our store on Shopify, you may return it to us for online store credit, credit on our Shopify store, or a complete replacement of the returned product. Customers residing outside of the contiguous Unites States are not eligible under this Return Policy.  iPolish does not accept returns for products purchased from third party distributors or retailers - please contact
the distributor or retailer directly.  See below for more information on our Return Policy. 

 

If you contact us at info@iPolish.fashion, or complete a return request on the iPolish’s website, within thirty days of your purchase, we will gladly email you a prepaid return label to return the product to us from anywhere within the contiguous United States.  Please note that return requests received by iPolish within thirty days of purchase are eligible only for online store credit or replacement products at the sole discretion of iPolish.

 

To return an item please place the product securely in its original packaging and seal it in a padded envelope or small box with your receipt or other proof of purchase.  Then, affix the prepaid return label to your return package and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier. 

 

After receiving your return package and inspecting the condition of your returned item(s), we will notify you whether your return has been approved.  Please allow ten business days from our receipt of your returned item to process your return.  We will notify you by email whether your return has been approved and if so, when to expect your online store credit,
credit on our Shopify store, or replacement product, as applicable.  If your return is approved and you have requested a replacement product(s), we will ship the replacement product(s) to
you free of charge (within the contiguous United States).  If your return is not approved, you may request that the returned product be shipped back to you at your expense.
