Applicants must complete BOTH steps below to be approved as an iPolish® Salon Professional. Please ensure all information is accurate and complete.

Complete Your iPolish® Salon Professional Application

Fill out the onboarding form with your business details, salon name, contact information, and professional credentials. This information helps us verify your professional status.

Please have your reseller certificate or tax exempt documentation ready to upload.

Upload Your Reseller Certificate

Complete the tax exemption form and upload your reseller certificate or state tax exempt form to be approved for tax-exempt purchasing.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Both forms must be submitted for your application to be processed. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

Once both forms are submitted, our team will review your application within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email notification upon approval.
