Where Personal Information is transferred to a third party, that party will enter into a data‑transfer agreement with iPolish and undertake sufficient measures to protect your privacy and/or agree to be bound by applicable data‑privacy laws of your home country. iPolish will never transfer or sell Personal Information of users under 18.

You may retract previously given consent at any time by contacting info@iPolish.fashion.
III. Who May Use the Services?
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of our Website, App, Device, Software, and Services. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. IV. Privacy of Children and Minors
Our Services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect or sell Personal Information from children under 13. Parents/guardians who believe a child under 13 has provided information may contact us to request deletion.
If you are under 18, we require the affirmative consent of a parent or legal guardian prior to collecting your Personal Information and allowing your use of the Services. During App sign‑up, a parent or legal guardian will be prompted to complete registration and provide consent, which may be revoked at any time. Limited parent/guardian information will be maintained with the minor’s registration.
V. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” (DNT). Because DNT is not yet uniform across browsers, our Website and App are not currently configured to respond to DNT signals.
VI. Data Security; Notification of Data Breach
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized access, alteration, destruction, disclosure, or use of Personal Information. However, the Internet is not 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted through it.
If there is accidental, intentional, unlawful, or unauthorized access, alteration, destruction, disclosure, or use of your Personal Information (a “Breach Event”), we will notify you (via the App and/or your email on file), describe measures taken in response, and provide our contact information. In some cases, we may also notify appropriate authorities in your home country or in the United States and report on our investigation and preventative measures.
Despite our efforts and industry‑standard practices, transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of privacy settings or security measures on the Website, App, Software, Device, or within your operating system or mobile device.
VII. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in practices, laws, or best practices. We will post updates on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat your Personal Information, we will notify you via email (to the address specified in your account) and/or via a notice on the Website home page or App home screen.
