personal data.

Safeguarding Your Information, Maintaining Your Trust
The personal information and data we collect varies based on whether you are interacting with
iPolish through its website or app, over the phone, or via e-mail and the nature and purpose of the
interaction. We endeavor to collect only the personal information and data that we need and only
use this information when we have a valid basis to do so. We take precautions to ensure the
personal information we collect from you and about you is protected and is accessed only by

allowed to use protected information about our customers for their own purposes and are
contractually obligated to maintain strict confidentiality. We limit their use of protected information
to the performance of the specific services we have requested of them. We also restrict our
employees and agents’ access to your personal information. Our employees and agents are
trained in our privacy practices and are required to safeguard your personal information. We
maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information. We
are regularly working on making improvements to these safeguards. We only retain personal
information and data for the time necessary to satisfy the purpose for which it was collected or as
required by law. We do not “sell” your personal information or data as contemplated by the Nevada
or California state privacy laws nor do we “share” your information or data with any third-party for
cross-context behavioral advertising.

process an order, to correspond with you, to provide you with a subscription, or in connection with
a job application. We may seek additional personal information to complete a transaction or to
provide a better service. You are not required to provide us with your personal information.
However, in many cases, we will not be able to provide you with our products or services or respond
to any requests you may have without such information.

further marketing contact, and we will respect your wishes. You may also turn off cookies in your
browser.

Information Security and Quality
We protect your personal information and maintain its quality. We may implement appropriate
measures and processes, such as using encryption when transmitting certain sensitive information,
iPolish® Privacy Policy
to help us to keep your information secure and to maintain its quality.

Supplementing Information
From time to time, we may supplement information you give to us via the iPolish Website(s) with
information from other sources, such as information validating your address or other available
information about businesses. This is to help us ensure the accuracy of the information we collect
and to help us provide a better service to you.

Cookies, Web Beacons, and Other Technologies
We sometimes collect non-identifiable information from visits to the iPolish Website(s) to help us
provide better customer service. For example, we keep track of the domains from which people
visit, and we also measure visitor activity on the iPolish Website(s), but we do so in ways that keep
the information non-identifiable. This information is sometimes known as "clickstream data."
iPolish, iPolish’s business partners or vendors, or others on iPolish's behalf may use this data to
analyze trends and statistics, improve advertising and marketing as well as to help us provide better
customer service.
Also, when we collect personal data from you in a transaction, we may extract some information
about that transaction in a non-identifiable format and combine it with other non-identifiable
information such as clickstream data. This information is used and analyzed only at an aggregate
level to help us understand trends and patterns. This information is not reviewed at an individual
level. If you do not want your transaction details used in this manner, you can disable your cookies.
We collect the information we mentioned in the previous paragraphs through the use of various
technologies, including one called "cookies." A cookie is a piece of data that a Web site can send
to your browser, which may then be stored on your computer as an anonymous tag that identifies

your computer but not you. Some iPolish Website(s) may use cookies, sent by iPolish or its third-
party vendors, or other technologies to better serve you when you return to the iPolish Website(s).

You can set your browser to notify you before you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide
whether to accept it. You can also set your browser to turn off cookies. If you do so, however, the
iPolish Website(s) may not work properly.
The iPolish Website(s) also may use Web beacon or other technologies to better tailor the
Website(s) to you and to provide better customer service. These technologies may be in use on a

number of pages across iPolish Website(s). When a visitor accesses these pages, a non-
identifiable notice of that visit is generated which may be processed by us or by our suppliers.

These Web beacons usually work in conjunction with cookies. If you don't want your information to
be associated with your visits to these pages, you can set your browser to turn off cookies.
In some email messages iPolish sends to you, we may provide a “click-through URL” that links you
to content on the iPolish Website(s). When you click one of these URLs, you pass through a
separate server before arriving at the destination page on the iPolish Website(s). We track this
click-through information to help us determine interest in particular topics and measure whether we
are communicating with you effectively. If you prefer not to be tracked in this way, you should not
click graphic or text links in email messages from iPolish.
Some of our business partners (e.g., advertisers) may use cookies on our site. We have no access
to or control over these cookies.
If you turn off cookies, Web beacons and other technologies will still detect visits to these pages,
but the notices they generate cannot be associated with other non-identifiable cookie information
and are disregarded.

Links to non-iPolish websites
The iPolish Website(s) may contain links to other websites. iPolish is not responsible for the privacy

on these websites and understand your privacy rights before interacting with them.
