Delete Your iPolish Account

We understand that you may want to delete your iPolish account and all associated data. This page provides instructions on how to permanently delete your account from our system.

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including nail color palettes, preferences, and account information will be permanently removed.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the iPolish App

Launch the iPolish app on your mobile device and make sure you're logged into your account.

Navigate to Your Profile

Tap on your profile icon or go to the Account/Profile section in the app menu.

Select "Delete Account"

Find and tap the "Delete Account" or "Delete My Account" button. This is typically located at the bottom of the account settings page.

Confirm Deletion

Follow the confirmation prompts to permanently delete your account.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your iPolish account, the following information will be permanently removed:

Your account profile and login credentials
Personal information (name, email, date of birth)
Custom nail color palettes and preferences
All other personal data associated with your account

⚠️ Important Information

Permanent Action: Account deletion cannot be reversed. Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered.
Processing Time: Account deletion may take up to 30 days to complete fully across all our systems.
Legal Requirements: Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Active Subscriptions: Cancel any active subscriptions before deleting your account to avoid continued billing.
